These flat pewter figures are hand-cast and hand-painted in Germany; they are painted on both sides, with a distinct front and back.

The Christmas trees can stand on their bases, or be hung from the loop in their treetop stars.  The "Santa in Sleigh" has a base; it has been photographed resting on the branch of a tree.  The "Santa with Tree and Gifts" has a base, and is a standing ornament.
